Both times her comfort and understanding were well above and beyond. Her & her husband feel like long time friends now & I love to see stop by to see them even when i am not dropping off or picking up since she is in the neighborhood (& next door to my doggie groomer!) Being a business owner, I can say customer service is basically and unfortunately a thing of the past in so many industries. Rebecca breaks the mold and is so sweet & kind to work with.
