"Rebecca is one of the nicest people and business owners I have ever encountered! My first impression said it all, I had a death in the family and was freaking out about having our cloths because we had to leave town & didn't have much time...Rebecca to the rescue! Figured out that we didnt really need dry-cleaning and got everything squared away within a few days before we had to leave town. Then she wouldnt even allow me to pay, saying long ago she decided she would never make money off of others grief, yes I was in tears. Next go around, we had a wedding out of town & once again I wasn't prepared with the proper clothing. Rebecca to the rescue again! Turnaround time was handled! Both times her comfort and understanding were well above and beyond. Her & her husband feel like long time friends now & I love to see stop by to see them even when i am not dropping off or picking up since she is in the neighborhood (& next door to my doggie groomer!) Being a business owner, I can say customer service is basically and unfortunately a thing of the past in so many industries. Rebecca breaks the mold and is so sweet & kind to work with. I highly recommend when in need of dry cleaning services you call the Laundry Drop, you will not be disappointed!!"
